Our goal is to reduce barriers to insight by developing custom-built data portals and project-specific APIs that help users more easily explore the vast data we generate and connect directly to our machine learning models. Datasets in the portal will also be available for the community to use in their own analyses.

AscitesPredict Drug Response

This portal provides interactive access to drug response profiles derived from primary patient ascites samples using the AscitesPredict ex vivo biosensor. Each sample is annotated with clinical metadata and processed using high-content imaging and machine learning to evaluate therapeutic sensitivities across heterogeneous cell populations. Users can explore drug activity across tumor, immune, and stromal compartments to support preclinical hypothesis generation and translational research.

Desmoid Tumor Single-Cell Atlas

This resource provides access to a single-cell transcriptomic and genotypic atlas of desmoid tumors, comprising about 30,000 nuclei selected from a larger set of over 180,000 profiled cells for performance. The interactive portal allows users to define and explore custom subsets of cells based on gene expression, cell type, mutation status (e.g. CTNNB1), or clinical trajectory (progressing, regressing, or stable). Users can visualize transcriptional programs across tumor and stromal compartments to support hypothesis generation and mechanistic investigation.

This resource provides access to high-content imaging data capturing the localization and clustering of cell-surface RNA-binding proteins (csRBPs) and their proximity to glycoRNAs under diverse conditions. The interactive portal allows users to define and explore custom subsets of cells based on antibody, target, treatment, concentration, cell type, or timepoint.
